Saw the same bug today on Operation Cleansweep.  I was playing MEC and 
we captured one of the middle flags.  Stayed as USMC on the map and we 
couldn't spawn on it until USMC had captured again, and we then recapped it.

Think that was on a windows box running 64 players.
