[bf1942] beta2 release of BF2Status - PHP Server Monitor for BF2demo++

Beta3 has been released... It does a better job of parsing given
different versions of PHP!

I will make a Nuke version too. I think with a smaller minimap and a
more vertical layout it would fit better inside a Nuke page.
