[bf1942] BF2: Server Sponsor banner

It can be found in /bf2/mods/bf2/settings/serversettings.con

sv.sponsorLogoURL ""
sv.communityLogoURL ""

Sponsor is shown in the server browser, Community is shown on the
server loading screen.

Also the admin util at www.bf2cc.com has an option to set the images.
