Unfortunately that's only for maps in the list for ones that
aren't that wont work and adding them to the list just to
change to them would be a right royal pain in the arse.

You need to execute two different commands:

admin.nextLevel <int>
admin.runNextLevel

Where the int corresponds to the id's in the 
maplist.list
