[bf1942] Response from EA regarding server Bans

It makes it that much harder to plunk down 50 bucks at the counter when
you know that the big EA symbol is at the top, and that they have no tact
and customer appreciation.  They act as if us giving our money to them is
a given which for many is the case, unfortunately.

As for banned servers, I wiped my server clean, reinstalled fresh and
started it up with a new ip with the .con file sv.interfaceIP stuff.  It
was working fine and showed up on the list for about 1.5 days.  Now it's
nowhere to be seen again even though it's a new IP and is completely
unmodified.  I give up.  It's clear they don't want non-EA servers out
there, fine, I'll help them in this endeavor.
