quick server questions

I used to run plenty of BFV servers, but not for some time so Im rusty on
the BF engine. Little help?

1) When launching the 32-bit Linux server TOP shows five instances all
using 95MB of RAM. Is this normal?

2) 'bandwidth choke' setting in the serversettings.com file: what should
this be set to if I have a full 100Mbit line?

3) are you guys running PB on your Demo servers? If so, are you using
cusomized PB config files, or stock?
