[bf1942] [bf2] EA/Gamespy blacklisting weapon unlocked/no time limit servers

So.. to get the unlockable weapons and stuff, it's just a setting?
So.. that means only ea can rent out gameservers and have unlockable 
weapons, rank, etc.?  Is that the gist?
