[bf1942] [bf2] EA/Gamespy blacklisting weapon unlocked/no time limit servers

cliff's notes:

1) the unlockable weapons and time limit on the demo are just settings 
in the python config files they distributed with the server
2) people changed settings
3) EA had people who changed settings removed from the master server list
4) ..
5) no profit
