[bf1942] BF2 server AMD vs Intel comparison

long story :)

mostly to do with me not thinking it does much and the monitoring software I 
wrote.
if someone can prove that it does something other then change timing for the 
worse, ill be
more then happy to re-enable it, not including Intel hype :)
