[bf1942] [bf2] EA/Gamespy blacklisting weapon unlocked/no time limit servers??

Wow this is really lame... It isn't hurting EA to allow us to play full games of
the demo, not at all....   Andreas can you please tell the EA people to chill
out.. If you didn't want us to change these things you should not have made it
so easy to do so!
