No joke I'm afraid. EA(UK) has denied this at
http://forum.eagames.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=825 as of this point.

Oh this is a pain! STUPID STUPID EA.
At least post something saying this is not on, please don't unlock,
instead they say nothing and blacklist servers!

I've just checked and a number of our servers won't show either, all
unlocked.

And please tell me you were kidding about the ip thing, because they
are all on static ip
