[bf1942] pb_ commands not echod to console?

I smell passing the buck, just because the normal engine commands echo
fine..Just not PB....I guess we'll see though..I'm waiting on this for my
php rcon scripts for a few things. *twiddle*

Just got feedback from EB about this and apparently is a EA problem
not an EB problem so waiting on the 1.03.
