[bf1942] teamate showing as tje enemy

Fixed? Hah..Dream on. Happens all over the place. I think disabling
teambalance lessened it, but surely did not solve it.

#2 this was in our battle today along with a lot of reports of the teammates
showing up as enemies ... I thought this bug was fixed?
