OT: Looking for Quality East Coast Ranked server

Hey Guys, 

Just figured I¹d float this out there....can anyone recommend a quality yet
affordable East Coast Ranked provider that¹s not going to send me into debt
for a fairly sizeable server, since I can¹t host ranked myself?  Every other
game in the world yes, but not this one :)

Please DO email directly as I don¹t want to turn the list into a big
advertisement
