[bf1942] 1.02 Linux Server Wierdness

I've seen top on different distros handle threads differently - 
sometimes they list all the threads, sometimes they just show the parent 
process. Not sure what it is that makes it display differently - maybe 
some default configuration/compile option for top in certain distros?
