How to join 1 team (without teambalance switches)

In Battlefield Vietnam im using:  game.ServerClanTagTeam1
"[clantagblabla]"  to join 1 side for all players with this clantag.
Those players arent effected by Teambalance. Is this possible for
Battlefield2? Is there a script that i could use?
