I use this script from the command line to start and stop
the server. (CentOS)
case $1 in
echo $[$$+2]> /home/akaadmin/bf2/pidfile
screen -dmS bf /home/akaadmin/bf2/start.sh
kill `cat /home/akaadmin/bf2/pidfile`
echo 'Usuage Start|Stop|cmd "command"'
