[bf1942] foe is friend bug

Did anyone see confirmation from EA this is fixed? Most annoying, and with
today's update I noticed it had NO mention. Surely the linux build is a
worse problem, but this still is pretty bad.

i was playing as MEC, the guy right in front of me wears a MEC skin.
but his nametag displays him as an opponent and he is not shown in the
radar.

he was watching me for a while, being as confused as me, then he shot me.
instantly a teamkill message appeared.

@andreas, i assume that this bug has been reported many times to you - can
you confirm it and tell us if it's fixed in the first patch?
