How many bf1942 instances do you run on your server and what are the specs?

My server:

36 players
uses over ~3mbps bandwidth when busy
Cpu is usually between 60% - 70%, rarely spikes except during map loading.

RH 7.3
1 GIG RAM
P4 2.4 Ghz

I would like to run a smaller 16 player server on the same box, but I 
don't want them to lag each other.
