[bf1942] Has EA sanctioned use of BF2CC daemon on ranked servers?

It seems to be legal to host game servers with Windows XP Pro.

Here is the quoting of a conversation about XP Pro Licence between Steve 
Harland (Multiplay) and Jon Wolberg (Defender Hosting):
