My server is not streaming

Server is 32 bit RH ES 4.0 Linux.

All works well, but my punkbuster
is not streaming to the autombl ban list.

I posted this on punksbusted.com, but received
no response so I am posting here to see if I can
get a response.

MY pbsvlog.cfg file is:

;PsB Repository Commands
pb_sv_logaddr rep.punksbusted.com // Repository IP Address
pb_sv_logport 24415 // Repository Port
pb_sv_loguser 1021 // Your Clan ID


Any thoughts?  Do I need to make any other changes?
