[bf1942] bf2 linux server on smp system

As long as, while the server is occupied, the FPS remains between that 30-35
range (Per Andreas F. some time ago) your server is operating as it should.
Some maps I have seen, the FPS will drop below that, but I think that is due
to the map¹s design and need for a bit more tweaking.

When the server has no players on it, it doesn't need to render any frames,
so an FPS will be good enough, also when you are loading a map or in any
other gameplay-state than playing you don't need a high FPS simply because
there are no movements to be calculated then.
