[bf1942] Problems updating punkbuster.

Actually its PB in general 80% of the time auto update fails,
even when using pb_sv_update; pb_sv_restart it fails its
totally unreliable. pbweb is not much better as its designed
for client not server use. manual download of the files is
generally the only way to make it work 100%, when its
not a bad update which reports the wrong version like we
had the other day that is :P
