No, this list should NOT be used for this. I'm sure a great number of 
people on here are not interested, and extra fluff like this is going to 
make it a lot harder to get information about the battlefield server 
if/when people need it (I can't imagine Andreas or Andy want to dig 
through hundreds of irrelevant emails).

Please take it to a new list or forum or something.
