[bf1942] BFRM / BFSM map issue

My guess would be that this is the problem where you can't switch to 
maps which were originally BF maps (but not the day 2/3 versions). ie, 
you can't switch to gazala, el_alamein, etc. Something to do with them 
not being tagged for use with DC.. Never really understood the details. 
Again, might be possible to fix this with a server side mod..
