[bf1942] BF2 - reporting of cdkey hashes

I hate to be a pessimist, and I in no way believe this will be the fault of
Andreas, who has been most helpful to all here, but, I doubt there will be a
Linux server, this will get pushed under the carpet possibly like the Medal
of Honor Breakthrough server was by EA.
