[bf1942] amd athalon server

Actually, I've been running a Forgotten Hope server using BFSM 4h r2 for
weeks now on a stock 2.6.8-1.521smp Fedora Core 2 kernel with Dual Opteron
242s and have yet to see a problem or crash.
