[bf1942] interesting CTD solution

When I setup a new customers server I always do a pb_sv_update 3 or 4 times
in the server to make sure it fully updates.  It will start to download the
file and if it works, you'll see it restarting PB in the server.

I do this at least three times to make sure it updates correctly.
