[bf1942] interesting CTD solution

Maybe i'm wrong here, but PB auto-updates itself anyway.

When you start a server with PB, it contacts the master and starts
automatically downloading the newest version.  If a client connects to this
server with an older version it contacts the same master server for the same
version.

The files on the server and on the client should be identical either way,
unless I am wrong about how PB works.
