[bf1942] 1.01.01 Patch Released

Andy, could you check with EvenBalance if they are going to
fix the webinterface for punkbuster? They don't seem to
listen to the community, perhaps a word from a developer
would make them fix it ....

I just hope that if Andy Berdan or anyone closer to EvenBalance brings it
under their attention it gets fixed earlier
