[bf1942] 1.01.01 Patch Released

When you start the server, with the settings right, a webserver starts, in
which you can see the players on the server, and change several punkbuster
settings. When a map reloads, punkbuster does not release the port, and when
it reloads for the next map, it thinks that another program has taken the
port and the webserver does not start.

I really hope it can be fixed, because is can be useful: you can kick and
ban users remote, and the kickfuntion in PB is really nice, because you can
supply a length and a reason.

I just installed the update on my server, and while the current map is
running, the interface can be found on
http://camelot.snt.utwente.nl:8080/
