[bf1942] dynamic and static?

I've found that the static seems a lot more stable on my Opteron server. 
We used to get 4 or 5 crashes a day on an Athlon based server. Now using 
the static on the Opteron machine, we go 4 or 5 days without having a 
crash.. YMMV.
