[bf1942] 1.01 Patch Released

The problem with custom maps are due to the Battlecraft Vietnam app tagging
the maps with a /mods/xpack2 directory tag instead of a /mods/bfvietnam
directory tag from what I've read. They can be fixed by pulling the maps
into Battlecraft:Vietnam and manually changing it, but the you'd have to
re-release the maps for DL.
Personally, I haven't seen any client crashes yet with the new patch, and I
played for quite some time last night.
