[bf1942] 1.01 Patch Released

So, am I correct in assuming this will clobber the old install, so we'll need
to save our serversettings, etc?

the installer was asking me if I wanted to delete the existing directory:

 The directory /usr/local/games/bfv will be removed; are you sure (y/n)?
