[bf1942] BF:V - Data Differs From Server

There's no way to disable content checking in BF:V. I designed it so that it
checks the
files on disk so we wouldn't have the same problems as with BF1942.

It works right out of the box on mods if you build a LevelCheck.con file and
put on the
server.
