[bf1942] recording demos

Fraps is unacceptable, since it is recording acutal video as you play, 
lags the player involved noticably.

Also, the point of having demos is to have them relatively small in 
size, so that they can be swapped around online to allow other people to 
watch the matches.  A 50 meg video isn't nearly as easy to mirror as a 5 
meg demo ;).
