Ta, I got it sorted - I was still trying to write config files to
overlayPath/Settings instead of overlayPath/settings. Duh. Damn these case
shenanigans.

The PB stuff appears to be respecting the +overlayPath parameter now as
ell  - thanks heaps. Makes busting punks all the easier.
