BFV Bandwidth Usage

Hey Guys-

Thought you would all enjoy this.  Our 64 man server has started to fill up
( been 50+ last hour ) and should be full the rest of the evening.  I threw
together a little login so everyone can watch the BW usage.  It seems to be
roughly the same as BF1942, which is good.  I'm getting really strange CPU
readings on our Windows machine, i'll give more on that later when I figure
it out.
