BFVCC & BFVC3 ?

Anyone who know where i can get the BFVC3 software?
(so i can remotelly controll our BF:V server wich will run BFVCC)
It doesn't followed with on the CD and it's not possible
to download it from www.bfcommandcontrol.com

OR, is there any other software to use for this?
(i wich they make a BF:V compatible version of BFSM!)
