You are correct.  I played with it locally on my BFV install and was able to
get it to run.  I however could not test the functionality due to the remote
not being released yet nor was I able to test it due to no one coming in my
server :(

It doesnt work at all with the Windows Dedicated.  You can even rename the
.exe and point it directly, but then it wont see the maps.  What a POS.
