[bf1942] BFVCC

I guess it picked up my installation from the registry.  However, once I'm
in the program, I CAN configure the server path under the options tab.  It
allows me to specify the path and IP of the server that that session of
BFVCC will control.

That's my point, i'm not because it doesnt see the dedicated server
installation.
