well, because i hadn't realized that more than a few people would be trying
out these versions. i wanted to keep it 'vaguely' limited until i had the
big shit ironed out and then worry about stuff that would be official dot
release type stuff.
i see that the forum has taken to calling my unofficial releases 1.0.n
(where n is too big). to use the old apple terminology i would say that
we're at 1.0.0b4 (or maybe 1.0.0d4)
anyway, i would expect that the dice releases henceforth will probably be
incremental (unless they have new content or whatever), but i speak for
myself
