[bf1942] OT: please have a look at this, DICE Canada, resp. ANDY (or: Is this list still active?)

The problem is that if your server is managed by the black bag ops
manager, it overwrites the serversettings.con constantly with it's own
stuff.  Is there any way to get that first one to stay at 1?  Thanks.
