[bf1942] BFV servers not listed on ASE ( the reason and the fix )

Because we did the BF1942 port assignments as follows:

14567 - game port
15067 - gamespy port
15567 - BFSM port
16567 - RCON port

And so you see the default BFV port clashes with what we had as the default
BFSM port for BF1942. Also there's the point that we didn't even look at the
default port.. We just assigned a range and our scripts do the rest,
assuming that we wouldn't have to deal with broken software! :-)
