[bf1942] BF1942 + FreeBSD 5.2 = no exit_group patch required

I agree, we moved all our machines to 5.x a couple months ago and have
been extrememly pleased.  Plus you get all the benefits of 5.  Just as
stable as 4.9 IMO.
