BF1942 + FreeBSD 5.2 = no exit_group patch required

Just a heads up that the map change core dump issue
on FreeBSD has been fixed and you know longer
need my kernel patch. N.B. The fix is a full implementation
of exit_group where as the patch was a dummy prototype
so its a better fix. Hence those of you running FreeBSD
may wish to evaluate 5.2-RELEASE
