[bf1942] BF: Vietnam - BFCC to be bundled with it (OT)

Thats the point BBO wont be there, all they did was strike a deal to update
it to support 1.6 no further. Instead of supporting a better admin tool they
look to be including this:

There probably wont be any further updates from BBO, which is a damn shame
as that tool pretty much made the BF1942 server usable, without it most GSPs
wouldnt have bothered with the hassle with what really is a after thought
known as the BF1942 server, what with the massive CPU/Mem and Bandwidth
usage.

Only great jobs from people like Andreas has made it worth while in the long
term, but if BF1942 was ever planned to be a online game a very poor job was
done initially.
