[bf1942] BF: Vietnam - BFCC to be bundled with it (OT)

Frankly, I'm not sure how much difference it makes.  Anyone running a Linux 
server will eventually make their way to the message boards or even this 
mailing list, and they will extremely rapidly run into the BGO tools.

I'm a bit surprised tho..
