This is vanilla BF? That's amazing, I've never had a box run that well.
EOD .3 w/ 32 players on a p4 2.4 with 1gb = ~50% cpu on my debian box.
DC .7 w/ 32 players on the same hardware/os runs at about 78% cpu. 
DC seems to like gobbling up server resources. ;)

Just wanted to chime in here since we run a 64 player public server.  We run
ours on a P4 2.8C 1gb ddr400, 80GB 8mb cache HDD.

When it is completely full, the server runs around 75-85% usage.

As far as running two big BF servers, we have found that you can run
somewhere around 100 total BF player slots on a dual 2.8 with no problems
using regular IDE drives.
