bf1942 v1.6 ban bug

Just been working on our rcon interface and found an interesting
bug.
admin.listBannedAddresses 
IP: 2.0.10.10:1717 Perm

This is me banned from my test server. All good except my IP is:
10.10.0.2
So the octets are printed backwards :)
